New Jersey was great! The owner of the park was super cool. Awesome late night sessions. Drove through NYC on to BK's hometown. One more demo today then we start our journey back west. If you can make the trip head on down to the demo in Springfield.

New Jersey

The 1031 demo team is now in New Jersey. It was a little rough going with all the snow. They regret having to miss the stop at Charm City but Baltimore was in the middle of getting hammered with 2 feet of snow. Oh well it is the 1031 Dead of WINTER Tour.
Everything is good as they made it to Pine Brook NJ (20 mins from NYC).
This park is sure to be a killer demo. They have a huge sick bowl with pool coping as well as very creative looking street spot.
As far as the stops in GA, wow! North GA Skatepark was like staying at Grandma's. Great food and skate sessions till 4 AM.

3 days in the Atlanta area Swift Wheels Shop, Progressive Skatepark big like Atlanta (nice) and tonight North Georgia. Took a quick tour of the ATL checked out MLK museum.

This weekend Greg went to Denver to skate with Harbor team rider for 1031. Harbor works at the Woodward Skatepark. They happen to have a street contest today. Greg took 1st in the Sponsor/Pro division winning a bunch of prizes and a fist full of cash. He said "this will help pay for the trip"

Jumped in the sled and headed north to see the gang at 3rd Lair. Muller hooked us up and we had a couple great sessions. We met up with Dakota, Lucas and some new friends, Steven , Mark and Reid. We treated ourselves to Benaihanas Saturday night, all in all a great weekend.

You need to check this out! Go to the 1031 link and check out the skate video they posted of Joe Hammeke. Joe is one of the photographers for Thrasher. He is the one that spent a week with them on tour. This video shows him killing it. Not only is he a sick photographer and skater he is originally from OMAHA!!!

VOX Shoes

If you look at our link page you will see a change. We now have Vox Shoes as a link. Vox is a shoe that Greg really likes skating. He has worn Vox on and off for the last year. When Greg found out they were adding him to the company flo program you can imagine he was stoked.
He says "they break in faster than any other shoe".

We would like to thank the "gang" (Rob) over at Motto griptape. They have always been a big supporter of Greg and his skating. They have most recently shown this by using one of MRZ photos of Greg in a national ad placed in the grand-daddy of all the mags SKATEBOARDER issue November 2009.
Please pick one up if you get a chance. It is easy to spot, it has a killer cover shot of Lance Mountain doing a crazy invert in his backyard pool.
